Hour in the afternoon from low tide at the Gorge. Bit flat though with no tide against wind. First 30-45 mins well powered, having to do many tacks to stay upwind as tide was still going out!

Not too cold (was 3.5 Deg C at 9am).

It helped my cold1 Felt better for it!
